Built from 14.67 oz (298 GSM) 70/30 cotton-poly fleece, the ID8200 delivers the same weight and hand-feel as every piece in the Three Layer midweight fleece family. The regular-fit cut features a tapered leg and cuffed rib bottom that keeps the silhouette clean, while an elasticated waist with functional drawstring accommodates a wide size range. Off-seam pockets sit flat under print placements, and the two-side plus one-back pocket layout adds everyday functionality. The tear-away label makes private-label rebranding fast, ready for custom neck labels out of the carton.

Decoration Guide

Screen printing is the dominant method on joggers. The 298 GSM fleece face handles plastisol and water-based inks cleanly on left-leg, right-leg, and back-hip placements. DTG works well on the flat thigh panels, and the cotton-forward blend absorbs ink without dye migration, though heavier passes may be needed on the napped surface. Embroidery is best reserved for smaller logos with a firm cutaway stabilizer on the soft fleece. Heat-transfer vinyl is reliable for names and short-run work, while sublimation is not recommended on this blend.
